B.Sc/M.Sc Medical Microbiology

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise microbiological investigations
Culture, identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of laboratory results
Monitor infection control practices and hospital-acquired infections
Maintain quality control as per NABH/NABL standards
Supervise laboratory staff and trainees
Ensure compliance with biosafety and biomedical waste management protocols
Participate in audits, teaching, and academic activities (medical college setup)
Provide clinical consultation on infection diagnosis and antibiotic usage
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology
Familiarity with automated systems and laboratory information systems (LIS)
Analytical, supervisory, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
