We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Medical Licensing Exam Trainer

to join our team and deliver high-quality online training for doctors preparing for

MOH-Kuwait

,

DHA

, and

HAAD

licensing exams.

This is a

remote, full-time

role with

flexible working hours

, ideally suited for professionals who have prior experience coaching or mentoring candidates for GCC medical licensing exams.

Responsibilities

:

Research and analyze exam patterns and syllabus for MOH-Kuwait, DHA, and HAAD exams. Develop structured and updated training modules and lesson plans. Conduct live online classes with flexible schedules suited for working professionals. Deliver exam-oriented, interactive sessions using modern digital tools. Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to learners to ensure exam success. Administer regular mock tests, assignments, and assessments to evaluate progress. Monitor success rates and make continuous improvements to the training program. Coordinate with internal teams for technical and operational support.

Qualifications

:

Education

: MBBS or equivalent (Mandatory). Postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience

: Minimum 2 years in training/coaching for licensing exams (MOH, DHA, HAAD). Strong understanding of GCC exam formats, blueprints, and clinical question styles. Excellent communication and online teaching skills. Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.). Strong time management and student engagement skills.
