We are hiring a dedicated

Medical Laboratory Technician

for our

Blood Bank

. The candidate will assist in blood testing, component preparation, donor sample processing, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Freshers are also welcome.

Responsibilities

Perform blood grouping, crossmatching, and compatibility tests Process donor samples and maintain accurate labeling Prepare blood components (PRBC, Platelets, FFP) Conduct quality control for reagents and equipment Monitor storage temperatures and manage blood inventory Maintain documentation as per blood bank protocols Support blood donation camps and daily operations

Qualifications

DMLT / B.Sc. MLT Experience in blood bank preferred,

but not mandatory

Knowledge of blood testing and storage procedures Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
