We are seeking a skilled

Laboratory Technician

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain high standards of safety and quality in the laboratory.

Job Responsibility:

Collect patient specimens and perform blood draws following standard safety and aseptic protocols.

Processes the samples and performs test as per requirement of Test Requisition slip following SEP and records the results.

Sends to respective Department In-charge/ Consultant for verification and approval of recorded results for final typing.

Carries out re-tests of the samples for elimination of doubts or errors if any as per direction.

Checks the printed reports for any typing mistake and gets it corrected, if any.

Keeps supervision over functioning of Equipment and reports to proper authority in case of any disorder.

Maintains Master Registers in respective departments.

Performs/ helps in performing quality control (QC) as per directions of Department In-Charge.

Helps in maintaining Quality Records.

Helps in executing Quality System laid down by Quality Manager.

Verifies physical stocks in the department when necessary.

Reports to Lab Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (preferred). Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test reporting. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
