Visit patients' homes as per assigned slots to collect blood and other samples safely using vacutainer and standard techniques.
Verify patient details, explain the test and any fasting/pre?test instructions in simple language, and ensure comfort during the procedure.
Label all samples correctly, maintain proper documentation in app/forms, and hand over samples to hub/lab within the required time.
Follow all infection?control, hygiene and safety protocols, including use of gloves, sanitiser and proper bio?medical waste disposal.
Coordinate with the operations/team leader for route planning, slot confirmation, and any delays or issues at patient location.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in MLT or related field (DMLT / BMLT / MLT).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and local language; polite behaviour with patients.
Must know vacutainer sample collection and safe handling of blood samples.
Willing to travel for home visits within assigned area; two?wheeler preferred.
