Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.) Collect blood and specimen samples following proper safety procedures Operate and maintain laboratory equipment Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of lab instruments Follow NABL/NABH quality guidelines Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff

Qualifications:

DMLT / BMLT / MLT or relevant certification Minimum 1-2 years of lab experience preferred (freshers may also apply) Knowledge of laboratory machines and test procedures Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

Shift-based (Morning / Evening / General)
