Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to support laboratory operations, conduct diagnostic tests, maintain lab equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to follow lab protocols effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per established guidelines. Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, stool, tissues, etc.). Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness. Record, maintain, and update test results in laboratory systems accurately. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and hygiene standards. Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and reagents. Prepare reports and communicate findings to concerned departments. Support senior lab staff in specialized testing when required. Ensure proper disposal of bio-waste as per safety norms.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment. Good understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic methods. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in a medical laboratory are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
