Identify required samples as per prescription and collect sample for all diagnosis.
Document and produce acknowledgement of the received samples.
Segregate samples and distribute them to respective departments.
Maintain quality of the samples & follow safety procedures as per protocols.
Assist in imparting patient education both pre and post sample collection.
Understanding of Lab Medicine tests, terminologies and procedures.
Understanding of laboratory quality, safety and pre-analytical procedures/protocols.
Understanding of laboratory instruments (operation, adjustment and maintenance).
Quality and Safety compliance
Flexible to accept and support if additional or changes in roles & responsibilities as per Management decision.
Education: DMLT / B.Sc (MLT) from a recognized institution
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology preferably in fully automated environments.
