Perform blood collection while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Conduct blood grouping, crossmatching, and other diagnostic tests
Process and prepare blood and components for storage and distribution
Maintain blood bank inventory and accurate documentation
Ensure quality control and perform routine equipment maintenance
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines
