Key Responsibilities

Collect and prepare patient samples for medical laboratory analysis. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments accurately and safely. Conduct chemical, hematological, and microscopic tests on specimens. Record and interpret test results for medical staff review. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control regulations. Maintain proper documentation and store specimens systematically. Assist in quality control and equipment performance evaluations. Support medical staff with accurate diagnostic laboratory information.
