Key Responsibilities

Call

new patient leads

and follow up on existing enquiries Do

outbound calling

from provided databases and lead lists

Respond to patients on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & calls

Handle

appointment booking, rescheduling & follow-ups

Greet patients at the reception

, manage walk-ins professionally Maintain

patient records, registers & daily entries

Handle

email communication

with patients and vendors Do basic

accounts checking, billing coordination & record maintenance

Maintain daily

clinic operations support and front-desk discipline

Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service experience

Required Skills

Strong

communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi

(English preferred) Comfortable with

phone calling, WhatsApp & social media replies

Basic computer knowledge:

Email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, data entry

Polite, confident, presentable and patient-friendly personality Ability to multitask and handle front desk pressure Past experience in

clinic, hospital, sales, front office or calling role

is a plus
