Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in clinical services, patient care, or hospital/clinic operations
Job Role & Responsibilities:
. Clinical Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and case histories.
Coordinate with doctors for reports, investigations, and treatment plans.
Support to Clinical Team
Assist doctors and staff in day-to-day clinical operations.
Ensure availability of medicines, instruments, and clinical materials.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily/weekly reports on patient flow, treatment, and clinical operations.
Liaise between departments such as pharmacy, lab, and administration.
7. Operational Support
Assist in scheduling, clinic management, and clinical programs.
Support health camps or community wellness initiatives.
