Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Medical Equipment Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales, expand hospital and dealer networks, and grow our medical equipment and disposable devices business. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell medical equipment

devices, and disposables to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers

Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and distributors

Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and negotiations

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and hospital administrators

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare quotations, close orders, and coordinate with operations for timely delivery

Follow up on payments and ensure account reconciliation

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Maintain sales reports, CRM data, and client records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science / Pharmacy / Business preferred)

1-5 years of experience in medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare sales

Good understanding of hospital sales processes and B2B selling

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel locally for field sales

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling medical disposables, surgical items, ICU products, or hospital equipment

Existing network with hospitals or distributors

Knowledge of tender-based sales and institutional procurement

Ability to work independently and close deals

Pay: ?12,364.69 - ?44,058.88 per month
