Job Description

The Medical Education Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to doctors who want to enhance their skills and knowledge. The counselor will work closely with Doctors/students, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure that students have the resources they need to succeed in their medical education journey.

Student Advising:

Advise Doctors/students on medical admissions processes, including application strategies, prerequisite courses.

Academic Support:

Help Doctors/students develop personalized academic plans, including course selection and study schedules..

Resource Management:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical admissions requirements, trends, and best practices. Develop and manage a library of resources for Doctors/students, including study materials, medical school catalogs, and career guides.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of Doctors/ student interactions, academic plans, and progress toward goals. Prepare reports on student outcomes, counseling activities, and program effectiveness for departmental review.
