Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBBS degree (or equivalent medical qualification) from a recognized institution Valid medical registration/license to practice 2-3 years of clinical experience in general medicine / Balroga practice Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments Prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, and therapies Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient groups Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle, and wellness Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous medical education Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety, and regulatory standards
