Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

: Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive measures, to patients in the Angul District. Ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Medical Consultation

: Conduct thorough medical consultations, examinations, and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans for patients.

Diagnostic Procedures

: Perform and interpret various diagnostic tests, including X-rays, lab tests, and other medical imaging techniques, as required.

Treatment Planning

: Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, considering the patient's medical history, condition, and any special needs.

Surgical Procedures

(for MS): If applicable, perform surgical procedures within your area of specialization

(MS)

. Ensure safety, precision, and post-operative care for patients.

Medication Management

: Prescribe medications, administer injections, and provide guidance on appropriate dosage and administration to patients.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Education

: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare practices.

Collaboration

: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, best practices, and healthcare guidelines to provide the best possible care.

Emergency Response

: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. MBBS, MD, or MS degree from a recognized medical institution.

2. Valid medical registration to practice in the state of Odisha.

3. 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.

4. Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Empathy and a patient-centric approach to healthcare.

7. Willingness to work in Angul District, Odisha.
