The Medical Director will provide strategic and clinical leadership for Dcare Multispecialty Clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. This role involves overseeing medical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, and collaborating with administrative and medical staff to achieve the clinic's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to medical staff.
Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based medicine.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Lead and participate in medical staff meetings and committees.
Medical Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day medical operations of the clinic.
Manage medical staff scheduling and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Participate in the development and management of the clinic's budget.
Work with administration to optimize clinic efficiency and patient flow.
Staff Management:
Recruit, onboard, and evaluate medical staff.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for medical staff.
Address medical staff performance issues and resolve conflicts.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Oversee quality assurance and risk management programs.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to patient care and clinical outcomes.
Work to maintain and improve the clinics reputation.
Strategic Planning:
Participate in the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plan.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of medical services.
Stay abreast of advancements in medical technology and healthcare trends.
Represent the clinic in community and professional events.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license to practice in Delhi, India.
Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
Significant experience in clinical practice and medical leadership.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
