Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and clinical oversight across all departments. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise and mentor physicians, medical officers, and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with national health standards, licensing requirements, and accreditation bodies. Collaborate with administrative leadership on budgeting, planning, and resource allocation. Review and approve clinical policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines. Monitor and manage clinical performance metrics, including patient outcomes and satisfaction. Represent the medical team in executive meetings and external stakeholder interactions. Lead recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical personnel. Support the adoption of new technologies, digital health tools, and evidence-based practices. Facilitate continuous professional development and training for clinical staff.
