Common qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is often required.

Experience:

Previous experience in academic advising or a counseling or medical counselling role is beneficial.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills are essential. An ability to listen and maintain confidentiality is crucial

Candidate from Medical background are preferred.
