About GINED:

GINED is a professional NEET counselling and admissions support organization helping medical aspirants secure the right seats through structured guidance, verified information, and expert counselling. We've been guiding students since 2017 with a proven record of successful admissions in top medical colleges across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with PG NEET aspirants and parents. Profile students based on

rank, category, and location preference

to suggest best-fit colleges. Explain the

counselling process, choice filling, and seat allotment strategy

clearly. Convert interested students into

enrolled clients

for GINED's paid counselling services. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM. Coordinate with the documentation and operations team for enrolled students. Stay updated with the latest

NEET PG counselling schedules, MCC, and state quota guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of experience

in medical or education counselling (PG/UG NEET preferred). Strong

communication and convincing skills

in English & regional languages. Ability to handle pressure during admission seasons. Good understanding of

PG NEET seat matrix, rounds, and code selection process

(training will be provided). Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
