Well organized and attention to detail work processing and computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time quickly and accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs. Ability to remain personable and empathetic with the patient's needs and concerns. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients. Listen attentively. Regular follow ups on patient calling and maintaining relevant reports Strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process. Maintain all types of reports/data as per organisation requirements . coordination with TPA and panel department preparing surgery list after cross verifying all the surgery related documents and discussion with the surgeon one day prior to the surgery Explain the tariff of the concerned procedure /investigation with clarity to the patient in detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

Clinical counseling: 1 year (Required)
