Job Description
Coordinate OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, and discharge processes Ensure
continuity of patient care
as per NABH standards Monitor and ensurecomplete medical records
(assessment, consent, orders, discharge summary) SupportNABH implementation
, internal audits, and corrective actions Ensure compliance withinfection control, patient safety, and medication safety
protocols Coordinate between doctors, nursing, MRD, pharmacy, and support services Facilitate patient and attendant communication; upholdpatient rights & confidentiality
Assist in quality indicator data collection and reporting Support staff training, NABH awareness, and documentation readiness during assessmentsQualification:
MBBS / BAMSExperience:
1-3 years in hospital/Freshers can also apply.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
