We are an edtech platform with a growing base of students enrolling for professional job-ready courses. We are currently looking for experienced

Medical Coding Trainers

to train and mentor students through live or recorded sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured training sessions in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.) Prepare course materials, practice tests, and case-based scenarios Assist students in understanding real-world applications of coding Provide regular feedback and support to students Stay up to date with industry changes and coding updates Conduct assessments and guide students towards certification readiness (e.g., CPC)

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical coding Certification preferred (CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent) Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines Good communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
