Ability to perform coding and auditing on project needs for new client implementationRoles and responsibilities: a. This is a stand-alone vacancy where there will be no one reporting; however, he/she must coordinate with all stakeholders in the department.b. Responsible for training and successfully onboarding the JMCs on the below topics as per timelines, also conducting assessments, publishing the scores, and assigning the client.i. ICD 10 Guidelinesii. Evaluation & Managementiii. Specialty Procedures & Modifiersiv. Conduct EMR-specific trainingv. Involve in ad-hoc training as requiredc. Conducting monthly assessments and publishing the scores for all the coders in the department.d. Involve in research, analyses, and training on any new scope of Medical Coding specialties.e. Involve in new client test/trial coding, auditing, Provider feedback, and documentation analysis.f. Perform pre/post-delivery audits to identify areas of improvement.g. Involve in Training staff periodically or on a need basis and maintain records for the same.h.
