Responsibilities:
Review and analyze clinical documentation
to assign accurate
ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance
with
federal regulations, payer policies, and HIPAA guidelines
.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
to verify and clarify medical documentation for precise code assignment.
Investigate and resolve coding-related denials, rejections, and audit queries
to support accurate claim processing.
Stay updated with current coding guidelines, payer requirements, and industry best practices
.
Work closely with the revenue cycle management team
to improve reimbursement accuracy and minimize claim denials.

Proven ability to

Qualifications:
Hands-on
medical coding experience
across
inpatient, outpatient, and specialty-specific cases

Education Requirements
:
Any life science degree
Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent required.
