- HCC Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HCC Medical Coding

Certification: CPC / CRC / CCS or equivalent AAPC / AHIMA certification (mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and certified HCC Medical Coders to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Risk Adjustment coding, strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines, and proven ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform HCC Risk Adjustment coding on medical records with high accuracy. Review clinical documentation to ensure correct assignment of ICD-10-CM codes. Maintain compliance with CMS and payer guidelines. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with team leads and QA for process improvements. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and data security protocols.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HCC medical coding. Mandatory AAPC / AHIMA certification (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
