Objective:

To provide structured, hands-on training in medical coding standards and practices under expert guidance, equipping interns with the skills required to begin a professional career in healthcare documentation and coding.

Training Program Includes:

Fundamentals of Medical Terminology & Anatomy ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Coding Guidelines Medical Record Review Practices Insurance Billing & Revenue Cycle Basics HIPAA Compliance Overview Mock Projects & Live Auditing Practice Resume, Soft Skills & Interview Prep (Week 8)

Key Responsibilities:

Attend daily training sessions and participate in evaluations

Eligibility Criteria:

Final year students / fresh graduates from Life Sciences, Pharma, Nursing, or Allied Health backgrounds Strong interest in healthcare and documentation Basic computer knowledge & typing skills Good communication in English (written & spoken) Work on real-time case studies, chart reviews, and coding tasks Submit assignments, coding audits, and progress assessments Collaborate with trainers and team on group tasks or assessments

Skills You Will Gain:
