For Freshers with BSC in Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology

1) Company will provide Surgery coding training and/or EM training based on the requirement.

2) During the training, multiple tests will be conducted. The candidate is expected to score above 90% in these tests.

3) Coding practice and actual coding will begin upon completion of training. You are expected to provide accuracy rate of 95% among all charts you have coded.

4) Though this assignment is work from home, you may be asked to visit office for training or meetings.

TAT( Turn around time)

5) TAT for the charts is as follows:

6) 100 charts - 10 hrs from the time charts are shared.

7) 50 charts - 5 hrs from the time charts are shared.

8) Please note, 95% quality and above mentioned TAT has to be followed while completing the assignments.

9) If the quality standard of 95% and TAT is not met, the company has right to terminate this offer.

10) This offer does not imply and assure permanent employment in the company.
