to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for

Medical Coders with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and experience in HCC coding.

We are looking for skilled

Medical Coders with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and experience in HCC coding.

Candidates with prior exposure to Centene Tool / Platform will be given added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Review and analyse patient medical records with accuracy. Assign correct

ICD-10-CM / CPT / HCPCS codes

based on clinical documentation

Perform HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coding as per client and CMS guidelines

Work on Centene Tool or other client-specific coding platforms Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance Collaborate with QA and team leads for error correction and improvement Maintain HIPAA standards for patient information security. Skills Required Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Experience in HCC Coding (Mandatory/Preferred) Knowledge of Centene Tool (Added Advantage) Good analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication and documentation skills.
