Medical Coder:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

CPC-certified Medical Coder

with 2-3 years of experience to support our current projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and compliant coding across a variety of medical records. This is an on-site role that requires a proactive professional ready to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assign

ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS

codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. Ensure all coding is compliant with current

regulatory, payer, and audit requirements

. Maintain high standards of

coding accuracy

and

documentation integrity

. Collaborate with internal

audit and quality teams

to identify and resolve coding discrepancies. Stay up to date with evolving

coding regulations

industry standards

, and payer guidelines. Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on documentation and coding practices.

Requirements:

CPC certification

(AAPC) is

mandatory

. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in medical coding. Strong knowledge of

ICD-10

,

CPT

, and

HCPCS

coding systems. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding quality and compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
