Job Title: Medical Coder Trainee (Certified professional coder)

Fresher (CPC Certified)

Key Responsibilities:

Assign appropriate

CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS

codes based on medical records

Review charts and documentation to ensure coding accuracy

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Work closely with senior coders and team leads for training and feedback

Update knowledge on coding guidelines, payer rules, and industry changes

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

CPC Certification (AAPC)

- Mandatory

Fresher
