Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for accurately coding medical procedures, diagnoses, and services to ensure

proper billing and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

- Ensure accurate coding for reimbursement and compliance purposes.

- Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers for clarification and documentation improvement.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

- Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent preferred).

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

- Proficient in using medical coding software and EHR systems.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Willingness to undergo training and work in a hybrid model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
