Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Should have good Verbal and Written communication Skills.Review of Medical records and assign International Classification of Diseases (ICD's), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT's) and validation of Health Care common Procedural Coding System (HCPCS) codesQualifications and Education Requirements Graduate/Post Graduate in Life Sciences. Mandatory Coding Certification from AHIMA/AAPC - (CCS, CPC, CIC). Sound Knowledge on Anatomy, Physiology, & Pharmacology. Good Analyzing & Communication skills (Written & Verbal).Preferred Experienced Skills (Minimum 1 Year) Knowledge on RCM & DRG methodology (optimizing will be an added advantage. Self-Learning & Goal-oriented, Organized team player. Basic Computer Skills & MS-office Suite. Evaluating and Trending Down Errors and preparing Corrective Action Plan - for Error Free Claims.WE have a large number of requirementsSpecialty : 20+ IP DRG, 20+ ED/EM, & 10+ Observation.
