Qualification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Mandatory
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Coder with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in medical coding, billing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards and must possess a valid CPC certification.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and analyze medical records, physician notes, and other clinical documentation.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer requirements, and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and billing teams to clarify and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Maintain coding accuracy and efficiency to support revenue cycle management.
• Stay updated with changes in coding standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification Mandatory.
• 2 3 years of professional experience in medical coding (hospital or healthcare setting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Level II coding.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing software.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals.
