Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and result-driven
Medical Centre Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary specialty medical clinics. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure high standards in patient care, staff management, service delivery, and business performance.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the medical centre across all departments (Reception, Therapy, Medical, Nursing, Accounts).
Monitor patient flow, ensure reduced waiting time, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper implementation of treatment protocols and care pathways.
Team & Staff Management
Manage, supervise, and motivate the front office, paramedical staff, and housekeeping teams.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training to ensure service quality and team alignment.
Oversee staff attendance, shift rosters, leave approvals, and HR documentation.
Business & Financial Oversight
Track and achieve revenue targets and monthly financial goals.
Monitor billing, collections, and daily cash/revenue reports.
Identify areas for cost optimization and improved profitability.
Marketing & Business Development
Support execution of local marketing, health camps, awareness drives, and referral programs.
Build partnerships with nearby doctors, corporate offices, wellness clubs, and fitness centers.
Generate and convert leads from walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, NABH standards (if applicable), legal & statutory compliances.
Oversee patient documentation, records, consent forms, and data confidentiality.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance of all equipment and clinic premises.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of clinic software/EMR, Excel, and daily MIS
Fluency in English and regional languages (Malayalam, Tamil preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage crises effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Experience managing multi-specialty or wellness clinics is an added advantage
Background in physiotherapy, medical diagnostics, or wellness/rehabilitation centres is a plus
