Responsibilities:
? Overseeing the entire billingprocess, including coding, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
? Ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
? Implementing efficient billing practices to optimize revenue collection and minimize denials.
? Reviewing and processing medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
? Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues that may result in claim rejection or denial.
? Liaising with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve claim-related inquiries or disputes.
? Good Interpersonal Skill to work as a team member and Independently.
? Good communication skills in english
