Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Billing Manager

to lead billing operations within the

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

department. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end medical billing processes, ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and payers. Prior experience working during

US business hours (night shift)

is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end medical billing operations within the RCM department Ensure accurate and timely claim submission, follow-ups, and payment posting Monitor AR, denials, aging, and overall billing performance Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve collections Communicate professionally with US clients, payers, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations and payer guidelines Prepare and share billing reports, KPIs, and performance updates Lead, train, and mentor billing team members
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience

in US medical billing / RCM Proven experience in a Billing Manager or senior billing leadership role Prior experience working in

US time zones / night shift

Strong knowledge of US medical billing processes and payer rules

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with billing systems, EHRs, and RCM tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing billing teams

Experience in Mental Health or Behavioral Health billing is a plus

Exposure to multiple specialties and payer types Strong analytical and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
