Job Title: Accountant (Mark Software) - Warehouse

Location - Farukh Nagar Pataudi , Harayana

Salary - 15000 to 20000

Experience: minimum 1 year

Qualification: 12/Graduation/Diploma

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accountant with hands-on experience in Mark Software to manage warehouse accounting operations, inventory records, billing, and financial reporting. The candidate will ensure accurate stock accounting, vendor transactions, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Mark Software*

Manage warehouse stock accounting*, inward & outward entries

Handle purchase, sales, and stock transfer entries*

Prepare and verify invoices, GRN, delivery challans*, and debit/credit notes

Reconcile physical stock with system stock*

Track inventory valuationand stock aging

Manage vendor bills*, payments, and reconciliation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and stock reports

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of Mark Software(mandatory)

Knowledge of warehouse & inventory accounting*

Proficiency in MS Excel*

Good coordination and communication abilities
