We need Medical Billing executives for all our Chennai branches - Kilpauk, Purasawakkam & Greams Road

Job Responsibilities:

1 ProcessingandsubmissionofCGHS,ESI,SMC,SouthernRailway&ICFbillsfor timely reimbursement (Weekly, Monthly once & twice as per the insurance process)

2. Liaisingwithconcernedinsurancecompanyauthoritiesforapprovalandresolving queries

3. Preparing and submitting invoices and medical records to respective departments

4. Maintaining accurate records of claims and correspondence

5. Managing documentation (originals & duplicate), registrations, data entry, file maintenance and claims

6. Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring compliance

7. Ensuring compliance with organized and regulatory requirements

8. Manual entries in Excel and patching process

9. Handle communication with authorities with payment clearance

10. Generate reports for management review

11. Follow up process of payment& settlements
