We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate bills and invoices, maintaining proper records, and ensuring smooth billing operations for our company. Experience with

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Accurate Bills and Invoices:

Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on medicine purchase orders from customers.

Verify Orders, Pricing, and Discounts:

Ensure customer orders, pricing, and discounts are correct and match the terms before generating the final bill.

Maintain Billing Records:

Keep detailed records of all invoices, receipts, and sales transactions.

Track Payments:

Monitor payments made by customers and follow up on any outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.

Client Support:

Respond promptly to client queries related to billing, address any concerns, and resolve discrepancies in billing information.

Payment Follow ups:

Follow up from customers on their outstanding payment.

Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a similar billing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail industry. Proficient in Marg or similar Medicine Billing Software. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related Field. (D. Pharm or B. Pharm)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
