Medical Billing (US / SNF / Hospital Billing)

Job Title: Medical Billing Executive / Billing Analyst

Experience: 1-10 Years

We are hiring Medical Billing professionals with experience in US Physician Billing, Hospital Billing, or SNF Billing. Candidates should have hands-on expertise in claim creation, charge entry, payment posting, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance payers.

Perform charge entry and payment posting.

Handle SNF billing cycles including PDPM/UB04 claims.

Work on hospital billing (IP/OP) based on specialization.

Resolve clearinghouse rejections and payer-specific issues.

Maintain high accuracy in billing and coding.

Communicate with clients for clarifications and billing updates.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of CPT/ICD usage in billing.

Experience in US billing platforms (Kareo, Athena, AdvancedMD, Brightree, etc.)

Familiarity with SNF/Hospital billing workflows.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
