Key Responsibilities

as per hospital protocols Prepare and verify patient bills, packages, and estimates Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and insurance teams Manage

cash, credit, and insurance billing

Ensure accuracy in billing entries and documentation Handle patient queries related to bills Follow hospital billing policies and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Any graduate / relevant diploma

Experience: min 6

Months

in

Medical

,

IP/OP billing

in a hospital setup Good knowledge of

hospital billing software

Basic knowledge of

insurance / TPA process

preferred Good communication and coordination skills
