We are hiring for AR Caller and Medical Biller positions at our Ahmedabad office.Candidates with good communication skills and experience in U.S. medical billing (RCM) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies in the U.S. via phone calls to resolve outstanding claims and obtain claim status.
Handle denials and rejections, initiate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of claims.
Update claim details, payment information, and call notes accurately in the billing software.
Analyze aging reports, prioritize claims, and work within specified turnaround times.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and complex claim issues.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in U.S. Medical Billing AR Calling / RCM process.
Good understanding of insurance follow-up, denials, and claim life cycles.
Strong verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
Ability to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone).
Basic knowledge of medical billing software and MS Excel.
