Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
medical billing
processes, including verifying patient information, preparing bills, and submitting claims.
Maintain accurate records of payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
Manage
cash and card transactions
, issue receipts, and reconcile daily collections.
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and internal policies.
Coordinate with patients, doctors, and insurance providers to resolve billing queries.
Assist with preparing daily/weekly financial reports.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
medical billing and cashier operations
(hospital/clinic experience preferred).
Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Willingness to work from office (
Work From Office - WFO
).
