We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional

Medical Assistant

to join our corporate healthcare team. This is an on-site, night shift role supporting a physician with daily clinical and administrative operations in a corporate healthcare environment. Strong communication skills, solid medical knowledge, and experience working with EMR systems are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the physician with daily clinical and operational tasks Work extensively on

Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

platforms Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient data in EMR systems Ensure

data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Safeguard patient information and follow all data security protocols Take and document patient vitals, histories, and relevant medical information Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians, staff, and patients Support smooth workflow during night shift operations Maintain an organized, compliant, and professional office environment

Required Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification or relevant healthcare experience preferred

Strong medical knowledge is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

Hands-on experience with EMR platforms Understanding of patient data privacy and healthcare compliance standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable working a Monday-Friday night shift

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a corporate or office-based healthcare setting Familiarity with HIPAA and data security best practices Strong organizational and time-management skills
