Liet EMR Technologies is seeking motivated individuals to join our founding team as Medical AI Training Associates. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a healthcare AI revolution while working directly with doctors

Role Overview

You will work in healthcare facilities alongside doctors, helping to train our AI systems by capturing and structuring medical consultation data. Your work will directly contribute to building technology that helps detect rare diseases and save lives.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany doctors during patient consultations Accurately document medical information using our proprietary systems Input structured data to train AI models for disease detection Ensure data quality and maintain patient confidentiality Provide feedback on system improvements Assist in testing new features and workflows
Requirements

Essential:

Education: 12th pass or above (any stream) Languages: Fluent Tamil and basic English (reading/writing) Computer Skills: Basic typing (minimum 20 WPM) and MS Office Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good listening skills, professional demeanor Location: Must reside in or near Tirunelveli District Availability: Immediate joining for full-time role

Preferred:

Interest in healthcare or technology sector Previous data entry or administrative experience Basic understanding of medical terminology (training provided) Diploma/degree in any field
