About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and persuasive

Medical Advisor

to join our

Condition Management Program (CMP)

team. This unique role blends clinical expertise with patient engagement to help individuals understand their health reports and take proactive steps by enrolling in our chronic care management program.

The goal:

Review patient reports, build trust, and guide them toward structured, long-term care plans

Key Responsibilities:

Report Review & Risk Explanation:

Analyze patients' diagnostic and lab reports. Highlight critical or borderline findings related to chronic conditions. Offer simplified, medically sound interpretations to patients.

Patient Education & Counseling:

Engage patients over phone/video to explain health risks. Help them understand the long-term impact of unmanaged conditions. Clarify the benefits of our structured CMP to promote enrollment.

Program Conversion (Sales through Consultation):

Persuade and onboard eligible patients into the Condition Management Program. Address objections with empathy and medical reasoning. Meet monthly enrollment targets with integrity and care.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with care teams including nutritionists, health coaches, and support staff. Contribute insights on patient behavior and program effectiveness.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate EMR notes and follow-up logs. Follow telemedicine regulations and ethical medical practices.

Qualifications:

MBBS, BAMS, BHMS degree with valid medical license (MCI or State Council) Understanding of chronic diseases: diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, obesity, etc. Excellent communication in English and/or regional language(s) Tech-savvy - able to work with teleconsultation tools and EMRs Strong persuasion and counseling skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in telemedicine, preventive care, or patient counseling Prior exposure to digital healthcare platforms Sales-oriented mindset with clinical integrity

Compensation:

Rs. 60 Per program recomended and consulted.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
