We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrator to manage and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of clinical services within the hospital. The role will involve coordinating between medical staff and administrative departments, ensuring quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the smooth functioning of medical operations.

Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of clinical departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Conduct daily round of admitted bed to bed with compulsory daily report consisting of signature.
Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline patient care and service delivery.
Support the implementation of hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance measures.
Maintain accurate medical records, including patient documentation, clinical reports, and medico-legal documentation.
Monitor compliance with infection control, safety standards, and patient care protocols.
Manage scheduling and duty rosters for medical staff, including on-call services and shift management.
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of medical professionals, including consultants.
Facilitate medical audits, quality assurance programs, and clinical performance evaluations.
Handle patient grievances related to clinical services and escalate issues as necessary.
Coordinate continuing medical education (CME) programs, training, and development initiatives for clinical staff.
Support clinical teams during emergencies and crisis management, ensuring proper medical protocols are followed.
Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, external agencies, and insurance providers regarding medical services.
OT scheduling, OT Resource planning, Clinical outcomes monitoring, OT manpower planning, OT completion as per OT schedule, MRD audit, death audit, audit of laboratory and radiology
Follow up with new OPD, manage OPD admissions
Have knowledge of MJPJAY Preauth and help the department in solving queries
Thoroughly check discharge process and summaries and discharge TAT within five hours.
Coordinate medical documentation, clinical records, discharge summaries, and medico-legal documentation.
Support patient grievance redressal related to clinical services in coordination with consultants and department heads.
Ensure proper handling of medico-legal cases, consent documentation, and statutory reporting.
Promote a culture of teamwork, clinical governance, and ethical practices among medical staff.
Assist hospital leadership in strategic planning, policy formulation, and improvement of clinical operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience in medical administration or hospital management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
