Oversee daily clinical operations (OPD/IPD/ICU/ER/OT).
Coordinate doctors, RMOs, nursing, and paramedical teams.
Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and bed management.
Ensure accurate EMR, case files, discharge summaries, and documentation.
Maintain NABH, SOP, infection control, and compliance standards.
Support clinical audits, QI/KPI tracking, and patient safety programs.
Coordinate OT schedules, ICU/ER resources, and emergency readiness.
Address patient complaints and ensure clinical service quality.
Lead Code Blue/Red responses and emergency coordination.
Conduct SOP, documentation, and safety training.
Ensure availability of drugs, consumables, and medical equipment.
Coordinate with pharmacy, purchase, and biomedical engineering.
