Staff & Office Management:
Supervise administrative staff, handle hiring and training, manage staff schedules, and oversee the ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.
Financial Management:
Process billing and insurance claims, manage office budgets, prepare financial and operational reports, and track expenses.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the facility adheres to current healthcare laws, regulations, and policies, and stay updated on any changes to medical and insurance legislation.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for patients, the medical team, and external agencies, handling inquiries and relaying information effectively.
Quality Assurance:
Contribute to maintaining high standards of medical care and overall efficiency within the healthcare facility.
